Job Description:
We’re looking for a skilled Foreman to oversee maintenance of factory equipment at Kilang Papan Slim River Sdn Bhd. Your role will ensure our machinery operates smoothly and safely. If you have experience in equipment maintenance, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead and coordinate maintenance tasks for factory equipment.
2. Conduct regular inspections to identify issues and prevent breakdowns.
3. Troubleshoot equipment problems and perform necessary repairs.
4. Ensure compliance with safety protocols.
5. Schedule maintenance to minimize downtime.
6. Train and support maintenance technicians.
7. Keep accurate records of maintenance activities.

Requirements:

1. Experience in sawmill equipment maintenance.
2. Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
3. Strong leadership and communication skills.
4. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
5. Attention to detail and commitment to safety.
6. At least 5 years of relevant work experiences
